Intel in Israel
Intel Israel was founded in 1974 in Haifa as Intel's first development center outside the USA. Today, Intel Israel is the largest private employer in the Israeli hi-tech sector, with three development centers in Haifa, Petah Tikva, and Jerusalem, as well as a leading manufacturing facility in Kiryat Gat. These facilities are crucial for the implementation of Intel's global IDM 2.0 strategy.
Intel Israel's development centers continue to play a significant role in creating a wide range of innovative products in computing, connectivity, AI, and cyber security. In Kiryat Gat, in southern Israel, Intel has been manufacturing chips that power most of the world's PCs for over twenty years.

2023 Israel Gender Pay Gap Report
Intel Israel publishes the gender pay gap report for 2023 in accordance with the Equal Pay Law for male and female employees, which requires employers to publish a public report as well as to provide male and female employees with information regarding differences in pay for 2023. Intel is committed to diverse employment and a culture of equality and inclusion and welcomes the law that encourages transparency and accountability on the part of employers.
